.NET development built on .NET 10 and C# 14

.NET 10 shipped as a three-year LTS release with C# 14, and Xamarin — still recommended on plenty of older proposals — can no longer ship to the App Store or Play Store at all. We build on the current .NET stack and migrate legacy .NET Framework and Xamarin apps onto it. Headquartered in London with a world-class engineering team in India, delivering for clients across the UK, US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia for over a decade.

What we build

.NET solutions we deliver.

.NET sits alongside our Node.js, Python, and PHP backend practices — and Angular on the frontend — as a core, actively maintained service, not a one-off capability we build up for your project.

Expert Team & Proven Experience

10+ years in the industry, with 500+ happy clients worldwide.

Custom Enterprise Applications

Built on .NET 10 and C# 14, our enterprise applications take advantage of the platform’s performance gains and modern language features rather than the patterns most teams were still writing five years ago.

Web Applications & APIs with ASP.NET Core

We build high-performance web applications and minimal APIs with ASP.NET Core 10 — with built-in OpenAPI support, improved authentication middleware, and the JIT performance gains that come with the platform out of the box.

Cross-Platform Apps with .NET MAUI

.NET MAUI is the actively maintained successor to Xamarin.Forms — one shared C# and XAML codebase targeting Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. We build new cross-platform apps on it directly.

Cloud-Native .NET on Azure

From containerized ASP.NET Core services to Azure Functions and managed databases, we design .NET applications around Azure’s native tooling rather than bolting cloud features on afterward.

AI-Ready .NET Backends

Using EF Core 10’s vector search support and Microsoft’s Agent Framework, we build .NET applications that integrate semantic search, RAG, and AI agent orchestration directly into your existing data layer.

Legacy .NET & Xamarin Modernization

Xamarin stopped receiving support in 2024, and Xamarin apps can no longer be submitted to the App Store or Play Store. We migrate .NET Framework and Xamarin applications onto .NET 10 and .NET MAUI incrementally.

.NET development team at Dreams Technologies

Our approach

A decade of .NET delivery, led from the UK

Building and shipping complex software since 2013, across 500+ clients in the UK, US, Europe, Japan, the Middle East, and Asia — we’ve already resolved most of the classic .NET production issues before they cost you time and money. Our London team manages everything client-facing, from discovery through delivery sign-off, while our engineering team in India handles the deep technical work: senior oversight without the cost of a fully Western dev team.

Choosing between ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and .NET MAUI for a .NET project

Choosing a framework

ASP.NET Core, Blazor, or .NET MAUI — based on your project, not habit

ASP.NET Core for web APIs and services, Blazor for C#-driven web UI, .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile and desktop — we tell you which fits before we start building, not after the first sprint. And we take over existing .NET Framework and Xamarin codebases just as often as we start new ones, auditing dependencies and identifying technical debt before modernizing incrementally rather than recommending an unnecessary rewrite.

Security, compliance, and delivery process for .NET applications

Governance & process

Compliance, cloud infrastructure, and a clear delivery process

GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 controls — encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, audit logging, and regular dependency audits — are designed in from the first architecture decision, not patched in later. The infrastructure behind your application is built by an AWS and Microsoft Azure certified partner, giving direct platform support and deep cloud expertise on every deployment. We start with 1–2 weeks of discovery and architecture planning, move into 1–3 weeks of prototyping and technical validation, build in continuous sprints with weekly progress reports, and follow every launch with 90 days of active support covering monitoring, bug fixes, and performance tuning.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What we hear most often about .NET projects — Xamarin migration, framework choice, and what happens after launch.

What kinds of .NET projects do you take on?

Custom enterprise applications, ASP.NET Core web apps and APIs, cross-platform apps with .NET MAUI, cloud-native Azure solutions, AI-ready backends, and legacy .NET Framework or Xamarin modernization.

Is our application affected by Xamarin’s end of support?

If your app is still built on Xamarin or Xamarin.Forms, yes. Microsoft ended Xamarin support in May 2024, and Xamarin apps targeting outdated SDKs can no longer be submitted to the App Store or Google Play. Migrating to .NET MAUI is the recommended path, and for most moderately complex apps it’s a weeks-long project, not months.

Should we use ASP.NET Core, Blazor, or .NET MAUI for our project?

ASP.NET Core for web APIs and backend services. Blazor when you want web UI built in C# instead of JavaScript. .NET MAUI when you need one codebase to target mobile and desktop. We’ll recommend one after understanding your requirements.

Can you modernize our legacy .NET Framework application?

Yes. We regularly migrate .NET Framework applications onto current .NET, auditing dependencies and modernizing incrementally rather than recommending a disruptive full rewrite.

Can .NET power AI features in our application?

Yes. Using EF Core 10’s vector search support and Microsoft’s Agent Framework, we can add semantic search, RAG, and AI agent orchestration directly into a .NET application’s existing data layer.

What happens after the application is launched?

We include 90 days of post-launch support covering monitoring, bug fixes, and performance tuning. After that, we offer optional retainers for feature development and staying current with .NET’s release cadence.

Ready to modernize on .NET 10?

Whether you’re starting fresh or still running Xamarin or .NET Framework, start with a conversation. We’ll tell you what’s feasible, what it will take, and what’s actually worth migrating.
