Digital transformation, redefined
By strategically integrating advanced technologies with user-centric design, we help businesses across industries achieve digital transformation — not just adopting new technology, but maximizing its potential for long-term competitiveness.
What we do
Technology change, managed end to end.
From user experience to agile delivery, QA, analytics, and outsourced technology leadership.
Digital transformation gets treated as a technology purchase — a new system, a new app, a cloud migration — when the real problem is usually process and data trapped in tools that don’t talk to each other. Teams re-key the same information into three systems, decisions wait on someone manually pulling a report, and customer-facing experiences feel disconnected because the systems behind them are.
We treat digital transformation as a change to how the business runs, with technology as the enabler rather than the goal itself. That means auditing what you actually have before recommending what to replace, sequencing changes so operations don’t stop while we work, and building in the analytics and integration layer that let the new systems inform decisions instead of just digitizing the old paperwork.

What’s included in a transformation engagement.
We start with what you have, not a blank slate — and build the plan around what actually needs to change.
Technology Audit & Roadmap
An honest assessment of your current systems and processes, prioritized into a roadmap you can actually execute.
Legacy System Modernization
Replatforming or extending systems that are holding you back, without a risky big-bang cutover.
Process Automation
Manual, repetitive workflows replaced with automated ones, freeing your team for work that actually needs a person.
Systems Integration
Connecting the tools you already run so data moves between them automatically instead of by hand.
Data & Analytics Platform
Unified reporting and dashboards built on your real data, so decisions don’t wait on a manual export.
Rollout & Adoption Support
Training and change management so new systems actually get used, not quietly abandoned after go-live.

Assess, plan, transform, iterate
We begin with a technology and process assessment (typically 2–3 weeks) to map what you have and where it’s costing you time or money, then build a prioritized roadmap rather than a single monolithic project. Changes roll out in phases so the business keeps running while we work, with training and adoption support built into each phase rather than left to a final handover. Once the roadmap’s core items are live, most clients keep us on to extend the platform as new needs surface.

Zakhealth: modernizing patient records with a digital EMR
For Zakhealth, an outpatient healthcare provider in Nigeria, we replaced paper-based and disconnected record-keeping with a custom electronic medical record platform with integrated face-scan identity verification — cutting duplicate patient records, speeding up check-in, and giving doctors instant access to complete patient histories.

Ways to work with us.
There’s no single right way to run a transformation — we adapt to your roadmap and internal capacity.
Fixed-Scope Phase
A defined phase of the roadmap — a system replatform or a single process automated — scoped and priced up front.
Dedicated Team
An embedded team working through the full roadmap over time, best when transformation spans multiple systems and phases.
CTO as a Service
Outsourced technology leadership to set the strategy and architecture while your team, or ours, executes it.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What we hear most often about scoping, staffing, and running a transformation program.
How much does a digital transformation engagement cost?
It depends entirely on scope — a single process automated costs very differently than a multi-system overhaul. We start with a technology audit, prioritize what actually needs to change, and price each phase individually rather than quoting one number for an undefined program.
How long does a transformation program take?
Individual phases — a system modernization or a process automated — typically run a few months each. A full multi-system program is usually sequenced across a year or more so operations aren’t disrupted. We give you a realistic phase-by-phase timeline after the initial assessment, not a single figure for the whole program upfront.
What technology stack do you use?
Whatever fits your existing systems and team, since transformation is as much about integration as new development. We regularly work with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, PHP, and Java, cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP, and API-based integration with legacy and third-party systems already in place.
Fixed-scope phase, dedicated team, or CTO as a service — which do we need?
A single, well-defined phase — replatforming one system, automating one process — usually works as a fixed-scope engagement. A multi-phase roadmap benefits from a dedicated team that carries context across phases. If you need ongoing strategic and architectural leadership rather than just delivery, CTO as a service fills that gap. We’ll recommend one honestly based on the scope of your roadmap.
Do we have to replace our legacy systems entirely?
Not always. Part of the audit is telling you honestly which systems can be extended or integrated versus which genuinely need replacing. We’d rather modernize what’s worth keeping than sell you a full rebuild you don’t need.
How do you make sure new systems actually get adopted?
Training and change management are built into each rollout phase, not left until after go-live. We roll changes out in stages, gather feedback from the people actually using the system, and adjust before the next phase — rather than dropping a finished system on a team with no support.
